With a platform that touches millions, Troy Vincent is recognized as one of the most powerful influencers of today. Forbes Magazine named Troy Vincent to its prestigious 2016 list of Most Influential Minorities in Sports. Savoy Magazine honored him with inclusion as one of their 2016 Top 100 Most Influential Blacks in Corporate America. Ebony Magazine recognized him as one of the 50 Most Influential People in Sports today and Sporting News also named him on the 35 or Younger Most Powerful People in Sports.

Off-the-field and across many disciplines, Troy is highly respected by business, sports, political and community leaders.  He served as President of the NFL Players’ Association from 2004 through 2008 and currently serves as Executive Vice President of NFL Football Operations. 

Throughout the sports industry, Troy is known as an agent of cultural change.  At the NFL, he’s worked tirelessly to establish a culture of clarity, consistency and credibility for all players, coaches, clubs and fans with the dedicated aim to develop the future player, preserve and innovate the game, and protect the NFL brand.

As part of his role as the head of Football Operations, Troy is a member of the American Football Coaches Association; an organization that represents coaches across the United States and is often consulted by the NCAA and the media regarding rule changes and developments occurring in college football.
