Near to their hearts in Troy and Tommi's hometown of Trenton, New Jersey, only 10% of students are proficient in math and 20% in reading according to state test scores. Regular attendance plays a large role so Love Thy Neighbor works with the city to create billboards with Trenton, NJ students promoting positive attendance. The students in the billboards are real students with perfect attendance.

Troy and Tommi's foundation Love Thy Neighbor partners with organizations around the country such as foodbanks, parks and recreation centers and schools to stand in the gap for under resourced communities. Their programs have supported K-12 schools with technology, education, food drives, summer camps, holiday cheer, college tours, scholarships and sports and mentoring camps for student athletes since 1994.

With a current focus on K-5, Love Thy Neighbor and Vincent Country have adopted a school in Super Bowl cities since 2018 to provide a safe day of fun and activities to students called Safe Zone. The event kicks off an ongoing partnership with the selected school to support programs and strategic initiatives. As the bible says, "let us not grow weary in doing good."

In 2022, the Vincent's sponsored the Warrick Dunn Charities 200th home for a deserving mother.
